Jadestone Network is the Official WSOB Championship Qualifier Network

Jadestone Networks, the Nordic-based operator and creator of multiplayer gaming networks GamArena and DiceArena, has confirmed on January 21st, 2010 that its backgammon network is the exclusive WSOB (World Series of Backgammon) championship qualifier network.

The championship event, the finale to the 2009 World Series of Backgammon Tour, will take place in the English capital on February 6th, 2010 with a substantial cash pool of $480,000. Jadestone Networks has also announced that it has signed up the European online gaming organization Unibet.net as a gaming distribution partner.

The online backgammon network of Jadestone was launched in June 2009 and it has since become one of the fastest growing gaming markets in the European continent in terms of gamer liquidity. This has been realized through gaming distribution via major b2b partners like Betoto, Bwin, Nordicbet and Paf with Betfair confirmed to join the Jadestone gaming platform within months.

The General Manager of Jadestone Networks, Tobias Nissen, said that they have proven to their partners that the game of backgammon is rapidly becoming one of the most in-demand online games.

He added that with their new gaming partners coming on board and huge offline backgammon events such as the World Series of Backgammon Championship, they expect to maintain their rapid growth through 2010 and to continue make their mark in the gaming industry.
